Courier delivery terms
1. Service provider
ONPOST Latvija is operated by E-COMMERCE BROKER SIA, 40203308336, Skanstes iela 25, Rīga, LV-1013. Questions and complaints: onpost.offlv@gmail.com. The registered address is not a parcel drop-off point.
2. Requests and confirmation
Submitting the form creates a delivery request. Its number confirms receipt, not courier dispatch. An operator checks the addresses, parcel and availability and confirms the order. A contract is concluded on confirmation. Any price or time changes before confirmation must be agreed with the customer.
3. Prices and payment
Base rates: S €3.19, M €4.79, L €5.29, XL €7.49. Distance-zone charges: Riga €0; up to 30 km €1; 31–80 km €2; 81–160 km €3.50; farther €5. The address farther from Riga determines the zone; unlisted towns cost €5 extra. These are pricing zones, not charges for actual kilometres driven. Selected extras and applicable taxes are included in the total shown before submission. Pay the courier when the parcel is collected. The website does not charge payments or store card details.
4. Packaging and contents
The sender supplies a sturdy, sealed package and accurate weight, size and address details. Limits: S 2 kg, M 10 kg, L 20 kg, XL 30 kg; dimensions appear in the size cards. Dangerous or prohibited substances, weapons, live animals, cash and perishable goods are excluded. Careful handling for €0.79 does not replace packaging and is not insurance. Online insurance is not offered.
5. Collection and handover
Delivery is within Latvia from the sender’s address to the recipient’s address, with personal handover. A selected collection window is a request, subject to operator confirmation. Planned delivery after collection is 1–2 working days, up to 3 for remote locations. If the recipient is unavailable, a further attempt is agreed separately; no extra fees are imposed without agreement.
6. Cancellation and consumer rights
You may cancel on the website before operator confirmation. After confirmation, email onpost.offlv@gmail.com with your order number. Changes and cancellation are assessed based on progress and applicable consumer rights. These terms do not restrict statutory rights. If a right of withdrawal applies to the particular contract, it may be exercised by sending a clear statement including your name, order number and date to the email above.
7. Damage, liability and complaints
For damage, loss or an unsatisfactory service, email onpost.offlv@gmail.com with the number, circumstances and available photos. Liability is assessed under applicable law; this website does not impose an arbitrary compensation cap. Unresolved consumer disputes may be referred to PTAC (ptac.gov.lv).
8. Keeping a copy
After submitting, download your confirmation and keep a copy of these terms. The accepted terms version is recorded with the order. A request confirmation is not proof of payment; payment documents and invoices are supplied by the operator.
